Brave has fixed a privacy issue in its browser that sent queries for .onion domains to public internet DNS resolvers rather than routing them through Tor nodes, thus exposing users' visits to dark web websites.
The privacy-oriented web browser, Brave, has reported that it increased its monthly active users by 8.7 million compared to this time last year bringing the total count above 20 million. Brave also said that 7 million people are active on Brave every single day, up from 3 million last year.
